ইয়টে ভ্রমনকালীন সময়ে চালকের সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত হিসেবে মেনে চলতে হবে।

ইয়ট চলাকালীন সময়ে বিপদজনক বা চালকের নির্দেশ অমান্য করে দুর্ঘটনা সংঘটিত হলে, ইয়ট কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকবে না।

ইয়টে থাকাকালীন সময়ে শিশুদের প্রতি বিশেষ দৃষ্টি রাখুন।

যাত্রী ইয়টের কোন ক্ষতি করলে, ক্ষতিপূরণে বাধ্য থাকবেন।

দেশের প্রচলিত আইন বিরোধী কোনো কাজ ইয়টে করা যাবে না।

ইয়টে ভ্রমনকালীন সময়ে বোতল, পলিথিন, খাবারের অবশিষ্ট আবর্জনা ইত্যাদি নিদিষ্ট ডাস্টবিনে ফেলুন।

৫ বছরের বেশী বয়স্ক শিশু একজন হিসেবে কাউন্ট হবে।

বুকিংকৃত সময় মেনে চলুন। নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে আসলে, বিলম্বিত সময় ট্রিপের সময় হিসেবে গননা করা হবে।

বুকিং করার পরে টাকা অফেরতযোগ্য, তবে ব্যক্তিগত বা অন্য কোন কারনে দিন/সময় পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলে, ভিন্ন দিনে বা সময়ে রি-শিডিউল করে ইয়টে ভ্রমন করতে পারবেন। সেক্ষেয়ে কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে আলেচনা করে দিন ও সময় নির্ধারন করা যাবে।

আগাম যোগাযোগ ব্যতীত বুকিং সময়ে উপস্থিত না হলে, উক্ত ট্রিপ সম্পন্ন হয়েছে হিসেবে গননা করা হবে। এবিষয়ে কোন ধরনের রি-শিডিউল বা অর্থ ফেরত প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

আবহাওয়া প্রতিকুল হলে যাত্রা বাতিল হতে পারে, সেক্ষেত্রে রিস্কেজুয়াল করে ভ্রমন করতে পারবেন।

ইয়টে কার্পেট বিছানো আছে বিধায়, জুতো খুলে উঠতে হবে। জুতো আবার ইয়ট থেকে নামার সময় বুঝে নিতে পারবেন।

ইয়টের স্টাফদের সাথে খারাপ ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

রেজিস্ট্রেশান সার্টিফিকেট অনুযায়ী ইয়টে ক্যাপাসিটি ১৪ জন।

English Terms

During the trip, the captain's instructions and decisions are final and must be followed by all passengers.

The yacht authority will not be held responsible for any accident caused by a passenger's failure to follow the captain's instructions or by engaging in unsafe behavior.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety of their children at all times while on board.

Any passenger who causes damage to the yacht, whether intentionally or through negligence, will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

Any activity that violates the laws of the country is strictly prohibited on board the yacht.

Please help keep the environment clean by disposing of bottles, plastic bags, food waste, and all other trash in the designated bins.

Children above 5 years of age will be counted as one full passenger.

Please arrive on time for your booking. If you arrive late, the delayed time will be deducted from your booked trip duration.

All booking payments are non-refundable. However, if you need to change your travel date or time due to personal or other reasons, you may reschedule your trip to another available date or time after consulting with the management.

If you fail to arrive at the scheduled booking time without prior notice, the trip will be considered completed. In such cases, no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

The trip may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, you may reschedule your trip for another available date and time.

As the yacht is carpeted, all passengers must remove their shoes before boarding. Shoes can be collected again when disembarking.

Passengers are expected to treat all yacht staff with courtesy and respect. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

According to the yacht's registration certificate, the maximum passenger capacity is 14 persons. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.
