বুকিং বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলে অবশ্যই ভ্রমণের ৭ থেকে ১০ দিন পূর্বে কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাতে হবে।

বুকিং করার পর সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ অফেরতযোগ্য (No Refund)। তবে নির্ধারিত সময়ের (৭ থেকে ১০ দিন পূর্বে) মধ্যে জানালে, কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে অন্য কোনো দিন বা সময়ে বুকিংটি রিশিডিউল (Reschedule) করা যাবে।

উল্লিখিত সময়ের (৭-১০ দিন) পরে বুকিং বাতিল করলে বা নির্দিষ্ট দিনে ইয়টে উপস্থিত না হলে কোনো প্রকার রিশিডিউল প্রযোজ্য হবে না এবং সম্পূর্ণ বুকিং মানি বাজেয়াপ্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।

If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, you must notify the authority at least 7 to 10 days prior to the scheduled travel date.

All booking payments are strictly non-refundable. However, if you notify us within the stipulated time (7 to 10 days prior), you may reschedule your trip to another available date or time after consulting with the management.

No rescheduling will be permitted for cancellations made after the designated period (less than 7 days) or in the event of a no-show on the travel date. The entire booking amount will be forfeited.
